Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, the management company of Dolmen City REIT, has declared a final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. According to the announcement made on July 15, 2025, the Board of Directors approved a final dividend of Re. 0.63 per unit, translating to an annualized rate of 25.2%. This final distribution adds to the interim dividends already disbursed, which amounted to Rs. 1.60 per unit. On a cumulative basis, the total dividend announced for the year is Rs. 2.23 per unit.

The entitlement for the dividend will be granted to unit holders whose names are recorded in the register of Unit Holders by the close of business on July 24, 2025. Consequently, the share transfer books of the Scheme will remain closed from July 25, 2025, to July 27, 2025, inclusive of both days. Transfers submitted to the office of the share registrar in Karachi by the end of business on July 24, 2025, will be eligible for the cash dividend entitlement.
