Karachi: ARM Green Industries Limited announced the election of its Board of Directors during the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at Bin Qasim Industrial Park, Special Economic Zone. The meeting, which convened on July 1, 2026, resulted in the election of seven individuals who will serve as directors for a three-year term. The newly elected directors include Mr. Asif Ali, Mr. Abdul Majeed Ghaziani, Mr. Kashif Mumtaz, Mr. Muhammad Hanif Shaikh, Mr. Aamir Abdullah, Mr. Mehmood Abdul Razzak, and Ms. Marium Shaikh.

Additionally, the Board has reappointed Mr. Muhammad Hanif Shaikh as the Chairman, extending his leadership for another three-year term. Mr. Asif Ali, alongside his role as a director, has also been reappointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a similar term.
