Ashfaq Textile Mills to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting for Director Elections

Faisalabad: Ashfaq Textile Mills Limited has announced it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025, at its registered office in Faisalabad. The meeting aims to address several key agenda items pertinent to the company's governance and future direction.

The primary agenda for the meeting includes confirming the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting. This procedural step ensures the formal approval of previous discussions and decisions, setting the stage for upcoming deliberations.

A significant item on the agenda is the election of eight directors, as designated by the Board of Directors in accordance with section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017. The directors will serve a term of three years.
