Lahore: Asia Insurance Company Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 28, 2024, to review the company's quarterly accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024, and to consider any potential entitlement declarations.

The meeting, set to take place in Lahore, will focus on the financial performance of the company for the third quarter of the fiscal year. During this session, the Board will evaluate the financial statements and decide on any entitlements that might be declared to the shareholders.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Asia Insurance Company Limited has also announced a closed period from October 21, 2024, to October 28, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.

The company has instructed to notify the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange regarding these developments accordingly.
