The primary agenda for this meeting is the review and consideration of the Annual Audited Accounts for the fiscal year concluding on June 30, 2023.

Furthermore, the company has declared a "Closed Period" commencing on September 28, 2023, and concluding on October 5, 2023, inclusive of both dates. This adherence to clause 5.6.1(d) of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange (Code of Corporate Governance) stipulates that during this Closed Period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall engage in any direct or indirect transactions involving the shares of the company in any capacity.
