Islamabad, Askari Bank Limited has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the closure of its transfer books. The bank's shareholders will not be able to transfer shares from March 20, 2024, to March 28, 2024. The AGM is scheduled to be held on March 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM in Islamabad.
