Lahore: At-Tahur Limited has scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 28, 2024, to be held at the Registered Office located at Lahore. The meeting, will focus on reviewing and adopting the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

The AGM agenda includes the adoption of the annual audited financial statements, which are now available for shareholders' review on the company's website and via a QR code provided in the notice. This is in compliance with section 223(6) of the Companies Act, 2017. Furthermore, the meeting will address the reappointment of the company's auditors, M/s Riaz Ahmad & Company, with proposed remuneration to be fixed during the proceedings.

Shareholders are reminded that the members' register will be closed from October 21 to October 28, 2024, to facilitate the preparations for the meeting. Transfers received by the close of business on October 19 will be processed in time for eligibility.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), attendees may appoint proxies to vote in their stead, provided such appointments are notarized and submitted to the company's Registered Office no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Further compliance with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan's guidelines for CDC account holders is mandatory for participation.
