Karachi: Atlas Battery Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on August 29, 2024, to be held in Karachi and possibly via video/audio link, to discuss the Audited Annual Accounts for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2024.

The meeting aims to finalize the financial results of the year and will include both in-person and virtual components to accommodate all board members. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this session is critical for assessing the company’s financial health and strategic direction.

In line with regulatory requirements, Atlas Battery has initiated a "Closed Period" from August 22, 2024, to August 29, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares. This measure ensures compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, maintaining the integrity of the financial review process.

The results of the meeting, along with decisions regarding future strategies and initiatives, will be communicated to shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange following the review of the audited accounts.
