Rawalpindi: Attock Petroleum Limited has announced a rescheduling of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally set for October 14, 2024, to October 17, 2024. The meeting will occur at the same time and location in Rawalpindi as previously planned.
The decision to reschedule was confirmed through a company announcement referencing a prior notice from September 02, 2024. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of October 10, 2024, will be entitled to dividends. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 11, 2024, until the rescheduled AGM date of October 17, 2024, inclusively.
Transfers received at the Registered Office of the Company by the end of business on October 10, 2024, will be processed in time for the potential final cash dividend distribution, pending shareholder approval. The company has advised Certificate Holders of the exchange to update their records to reflect the new meeting schedule.
