Rawalpindi, Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 25, 2024, in Rawalpindi. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the unaudited financial statements for the nine-month period that ended on March 31, 2024.

In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, clause 5.6.4, ARL has announced a "Closed Period" from April 18, 2024, to April 25, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, executive, or employee of the company’s retirement benefits funds will be permitted to buy or sell shares of Attock Refinery Limited, Attock Petroleum Limited, or National Refinery Limited.
