The list of candidates includes Mrs. Qaiser Shamim Khan, Mrs. Farrah Khan, and Mrs. Sarah H. Khan, who are contesting for three seats designated for female directors. Additionally, Mr. Farid ud Din Ahmad, Mr. Manzoor Hussain Hamayoon, and Mr. Anwar Ahmad Khan are vying for three independent director seats. The remaining candidates, Mr. Muhammad Shamim Khan, Mr. Adnan Ahmed Khan, and Mr. Nauman Ahmed Khan, are contesting for three other director positions.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all nine candidates have filed their notices with the company, indicating their willingness to serve as directors. The total number of available seats matches the number of candidates, which means all nine individuals will be automatically deemed elected at the meeting as per Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
