Karachi: Bank AL Habib Limited has notified its Term Finance Certificate (TFC) holders of the impending fifth profit payment for the perpetual AT1 TFC 2022, identified by the security symbol "BAHLTFC9". The payment, set for October 25, 2024, necessitates the closure of transfer books from October 10 to October 24, 2024, inclusive.

The bank specifies that only those TFC holders listed in the Register of TFC Holders at the close of business on October 9, 2024, will be eligible for this profit disbursement. In line with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, particularly Sub-Clause (i) of Clause 5C.8, the profit will be credited directly to the TFC holders’ IBANs provided in their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts.

TFC holders are urged to ensure their bank account details, including their International Bank Account Number (IBAN), are updated and to promptly communicate any changes in their address or relevant details to the bank’s registrar. This ensures the efficient processing of the profit payment directly to the holders' accounts.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this step is part of the regulatory requirements to streamline financial transactions and ensure transparency in the payment processes associated with financial instruments like the TFC.
