Bank Alfalah Director Sells Shares, Alters Cumulative Shareholding


Karachi: In recent transactions involving Bank Alfalah Limited, a director of the bank, Mr. Abdulla Nasser Hawaileel Al Mansoori, executed multiple sales of shares earlier this month. The transactions, as reported in compliance with Regulation 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, reveal a change in his cumulative shareholding position.



According to the details provided, Mr. Al Mansoori sold a total of 200,000 shares over the course of August 1, 2025. The sales were conducted in three separate transactions on the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s ready market. The first transaction involved the sale of 100,000 shares at a rate of 99.40, followed by two additional sales of 50,000 shares each at rates of 99.45 and 99.50, respectively.



The form of the share certificates involved in these transactions was maintained in the Central Depository Company (CDC) format. Following these sales, Mr. Al Mansoori’s cumulative shareholding in Bank Alfalah decreased to 88.06 million shares, representing a 5.5832% stake in the bank.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have resulted in a minor move in the shareholding percentage of Mr. Al Mansoori. The transactions were executed as part of routine trading activities and were disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
