This decision was finalized by the Board of Directors during their meeting on July 30, 2026.
The dividend has been electronically credited to the designated bank accounts of eligible shareholders listed in the register of members as of the close of business on August 12, 2026. Shareholders are required to have submitted their valid National Identity Card Number (CNIC) along with complete bank account or IBAN details to receive this credit.
