Bank Alfalah Limited Publishes Second Quarter Financial Statements Online

Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has announced the placement of its financial statements for the second quarter, ending June 30, 2026, on its official website. The information was disseminated through a newspaper clipping published in the daily Business Recorder across its Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions on August 7, 2026.

Shareholders are advised to visit the bank’s website at www.bankalfalah.com to access the financial statements. In a bid to ensure accessibility, the bank has also offered to provide printed copies of the financial statements upon request, free of charge, within a week.

In an ongoing effort to comply with regulatory requirements, Bank Alfalah has reiterated the need for shareholders to submit their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and other particulars to the Share Registrar, M/s. F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt.) Limited. This step is crucial for shareholders to receive dividends electronically, in adherence to the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders who have not submitted the necessary documentation, including their CNIC and complete bank account details, risk having their cash dividends withheld. The bank has urged such shareholders to provide the required details to either their respective Participants/brokers for electronic shares or to the Bank’s Share Registrar for physical shares.

Additionally, a number of share certificates and dividend warrants remain undelivered or unclaimed with the Bank's Share Registrar. A list of such shareholders is available on the bank’s website. Affected shareholders are encouraged to contact the Share Registrar to resolve these issues, following the necessary formalities.

In compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, Bank Alfalah has also requested shareholders holding physical shares to convert them into book-entry form. This transition, aimed at enhancing efficiency and security, requires shareholders to open an account with the Central Depository Company (CDC) or a Trading Rights Entitlement Certificate holder of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
