Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has announced the scheduling of a Board of Directors meeting to review the audited annual accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The meeting is set to take place on February 13, 2026, at 05:30 PM UAE time, simultaneously in Abu Dhabi, UAE and via an online weblink.
The bank has instituted a “Closed Period” for trading, effective from February 4, 2026, to February 16, 2026. This measure, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited’s Rule Book, prohibits directors, the CEO, executives, and their spouses from engaging in any trading activities of the bank’s shares during this period.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is a standard regulatory requirement aimed at preventing insider trading and ensuring transparency ahead of significant financial disclosures.
The bank has stated that any financial results and decisions made during the board meeting will be publicly shared on February 16, 2026, through the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS), adhering to the exchange’s guidelines. Stakeholders and TRE Certificate holders have been notified to anticipate these updates, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
