Karachi, Bank Makramah Limited disclosed its financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2024, reporting a loss both on a consolidated and unconsolidated basis. The unconsolidated financial statements showed a pre-tax loss of PKR 1,092.858 million and a post-tax loss of PKR 811.834 million, resulting in a negative earnings per share (EPS) of PKR 0.15. Similarly, the consolidated financials recorded a pre-tax loss of PKR 1,092.168 million, a post-tax loss of PKR 812.689 million, and an EPS of PKR 0.15.
