Peshawar: The Bank of Khyber has officially announced the completion of Mr. Abid Sattar’s three-year tenure as Nominee Director representing the Provincial Government. As of March 12, 2026, Mr. Sattar has ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank.

The announcement was made by the bank to ensure transparency and adherence to regulatory standards. The Bank of Khyber, which operates within the designated market category, communicated this development to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Sattar’s departure is a part of the routine governance processes and aligns with the bank’s commitment to maintaining a structured leadership framework.

The Bank of Khyber continues to uphold its operational standards and governance practices, as indicated in the official communication. The bank’s management is expected to initiate the process to appoint a new Nominee Director in due course, ensuring that the provincial interests remain represented on its Board.
