Lahore: The Bank of Punjab has announced the book closure period for the profit payment of its BOP ADT-1 TFC-2022 (Perpetual) Term Finance Certificate, with the security symbol "BOPTFC2." The profit payment is scheduled for December 20, 2025, which falls on a Saturday.

The bank has specified that the transfer books for the BOP ADT-1 TFC-2022 will be closed from December 17, 2025, to December 20, 2025, inclusive of both days. This closure is to ensure the orderly processing of the profit entitlement and to facilitate administrative processes.

Transfers of the term finance certificate received at Corplink (Pvt.) Limited, located in Wings Arcade, i-K, Commercial, Model Town, Lahore, by the close of business on December 16, 2025, will be considered in time for the profit entitlement. This procedure aims to ensure that all eligible holders of the term finance certificate receive their due profit payment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the book closure period is a standard practice in the issuance and management of financial securities to uphold transparency and efficiency in the market.
