Karachi: BankIslami Pakistan Limited has announced a forthcoming meeting of its Board of Directors, scheduled to take place at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at the Bank's Registered Office. The meeting aims to deliberate on issues unrelated to the financial outcomes of the institution.

The announcement, made in a report dated August 3, 2026, emphasized compliance with regulatory requirements set forth by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). As a result, the Bank has instituted a "Closed Period" spanning from August 3, 2026, to August 10, 2026, inclusive of both dates. During this interval, no Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, or Executives of the Bank are permitted to engage in any transactions involving the Bank's shares, either directly or indirectly.
