Karachi: BankIslami Pakistan Limited has announced the temporary suspension of trading in its Sukuk, BIPLSC2, from September 28, 2026, to September 30, 2026. This suspension aligns with the scheduled book closure dates from September 29 to September 30, 2026, designated for the profit payment of the Sukuk.

The trading of the Sukuk is set to resume on October 1, 2026. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), stakeholders and market participants are advised to take note of the suspension period. This move ensures that all profit payments are processed seamlessly within the designated timeframe.
