Bannu: Bannu Woollen Mills Limited has scheduled its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 23, 2026, according to a report dated October 1, 2026. The meeting will take place at 10:00 A.M. at the company's registered office located on D. I. Khan Road, Bannu.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM's agenda includes both ordinary and special business items. Among the ordinary items, shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 29, 2026. Additionally, the meeting will address the approval of the company's annual audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2026. This includes the accompanying Chairman's Review, Directors', and Auditors' Reports. The appointment of auditors for the 2026-27 financial year will also be discussed. The current auditors, M/s ShineWing Hameed Chaudhri and Company, Chartered Accountants, Lahore, have expressed their willingness to continue in this role.

In the section dedicated to special business, the meeting will consider resolutions regarding transactions with related parties. One resolution seeks to ratify and approve the transactions conducted with associated companies during the year ended June 30, 2026. Another resolution aims to authorize the Chief Financial Officer to approve future related party transactions for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. These actions are in compliance with Section 134 (3) of the Companies Act, 2017.

The AGM will also allow for the consideration of any other business that may arise with the permission of the Chair.
