Peshawar: Bannu Woollen Mills Limited has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The meeting, to be held at Gammon House on Peshawar Road in Rawalpindi, will focus on the consideration and approval of the interim un-audited financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, as well as the declaration of any entitlements.

The company has also declared a "Closed Period" from October 23, 2025, to October 30, 2025, inclusive of both days, in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive of the company will be permitted to engage in any trading of the company's shares, directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is a standard regulatory requirement designed to prevent insider trading and ensure fair market practices.

Bannu Woollen Mills Limited has requested that the information be disseminated to the certificate holders of the exchange accordingly.
