Karachi: Barkat Frisian Agro Limited, a player in the agricultural sector, has announced a significant new capital investment aimed at expanding its product offerings with the development of a dried egg powder production facility. The decision was approved by the company's Board of Directors during a meeting held on April 23, 2025, at the registered office of the company.
The approved project involves a capital expenditure of approximately PKR 500 million. The funding for this new venture will come from a combination of a debt facility and the company’s own resources. The facility is projected to have an annual production capacity ranging from 720 to 1,080 metric tons.
