Lahore: Bata Pakistan Limited has scheduled a board meeting on December 12, 2024, at its registered office in Lahore. The meeting's agenda includes the discussion and approval of the company's budget and business plan for the fiscal year 2025.

Ahead of the board meeting, Bata Pakistan has declared a "Closed Period" from December 6 to December 12, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive of the company is permitted to engage in any form of trading or dealing with the company's shares, either directly or indirectly, as stated by regulations.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the establishment of a Closed Period is a standard practice designed to prevent insider trading and ensure market fairness.
