Lahore: Bata Pakistan Limited has announced the election of its Board of Directors, as outlined in a notice issued under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017. The company's Board of Directors has fixed the number of directors to be elected at seven, in accordance with Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017. The individuals who have expressed their intention to serve as directors include Ms. Jin Zeng, Mr. Ahsan Umar, Mr. Muhammad Fahad Arzani, Mr. Clifford Gary Reuter, Mr. Rashid Rahman Mir, Mr. Ahmad Ageel, and Ms. Bushra Naqvi. These candidates have filed their notices within the time frame prescribed by Section 159(3) of the Companies Act, 2017.
