Karachi: Bata Pakistan Limited has announced a board meeting scheduled for October 24, 2024, to review the financial results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2024. The meeting is set to take place at Lahore.

The purpose of the upcoming meeting is to scrutinize the Q3 accounts and discuss any matters of entitlement declaration. This routine review is pivotal as it helps the company align its strategies with current market demands and ensure transparency in financial reporting.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is a critical time when company insiders are restricted from stock transactions to avoid any conflict of interest ahead of the public release of financial results.

This announcement was also communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the PSX to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and compliant with regulatory expectations.
