Karachi: Bawany Air Products Limited has announced its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 28, 2024, at Karachi. The AGM aims to discuss key company matters, including the adoption of the audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2024, and the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

The company has scheduled the meeting to confirm the minutes of the previous Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 26, 2024, and address any additional business matters that may arise. Members have been advised that the company's register will be closed from October 22, 2024, to October 28, 2024, to facilitate administrative preparations for the meeting.

Non-receipt of a valid CNIC or passport from any member might lead to constraints under the Companies Act 2017 concerning the withholding of dividend distributions to such shareholders.
