Lahore: Bilal Fibres Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 5, 2024, at 09:00 AM at its Lahore office. The agenda is set to review the Annual Accounts for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2024, with the intention of declaring any entitlements.

The company has instituted a “Close Period” from September 27, 2024, to October 5, 2024, in accordance with clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance and PSX Regulation No.5.9.3. This period restricts all directors, CEOs, and executives from buying or selling company shares, aimed at preventing insider trading ahead of the financial disclosures.
