Karachi: Blessed Textiles Limited has announced the scheduling of its Corporate Briefing Session (CBS) to take place on Friday, November 21, 2025. The session, aimed at engaging with the analyst community and shareholders, will be conducted virtually via the Zoom platform.
The forthcoming session will enable company management to discuss the economic environment in which it operates and provide insights into its financial performance over the past fiscal year, which concluded on June 30, 2025. The event will commence at 4:20 p.m., with participants encouraged to join at least ten minutes prior to the scheduled start.
Guidelines for attending the session have been disseminated, requesting attendees to use the specified meeting ID and passcode for access. Participants are advised to maintain a muted and camera-off status during the presentation, with opportunities for interaction through the chat function or by raising a virtual hand.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Blessed Textiles Limited reported a revenue from contracts with customers amounting to 30.43 billion rupees for the year ending June 30, 2025. This marks a sales growth decrease of 4.36%, a classification of a very large or significant move, compared to the previous year’s revenue of 31.82 billion rupees. The company recorded a loss before taxation of 96.88 million rupees, an improvement from the prior year’s loss of 1.71 billion rupees.
The CBS will also offer an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss shareholder categories. As of June 30, 2025, the company had a total of 714 shareholders, with 33.47% of shares held by directors, the CEO, and their families, and 33.77% by associated companies and related parties. The general public holds 7.52% of shares, with a free float of 860,022 shares.
In terms of performance metrics, the company’s gross profit margin increased to 7.21% from 3.84% in the previous year, indicating a big move. The loss per share reduced to 15.06 rupees from 265.27 rupees, reflecting a noteworthy recovery in financial performance.
