Karachi: Blue-Ex Limited, a company listed on the GEM board, has reported a significant transaction by one of its directors, which took place on July 24, 2024. The transaction involved the purchase of 24,139 shares at a rate of 48.7751 per share, executed by Director Safina Danish.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shares were purchased in the form of CDC certificates and were carried out under the regulations stipulated by PSX. The company confirmed that this transaction would be addressed in the upcoming board meeting, where any non-compliances, as required by clause No. 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations, will be highlighted for consideration.
Additionally, Blue-Ex Limited assured compliance with the holding period regulations. If the transaction period is within six months, the director will deposit a cheque equivalent to the profit with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as mandated by Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015, and notify PSX of the same.
