Karachi: Blue-Ex Limited has been granted a 30-day extension to file its first quarterly financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024, according to a directive issued on October 11, 2024. The extension was approved under section 237 of the Companies Act, 2017.

The company's application for the extension was submitted earlier this month, requesting additional time to complete the financial documentation. The new deadline for submission has been set for November 29, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension allows Blue-Ex Limited additional time to ensure the accuracy and completeness of its financial reporting.

This extension is issued with the approval of the competent authority. The notice also indicates that the Commission reserves the right to take action against the company for any non-compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act.
