Lahore: LSE Capital has announced a change in the schedule for its Board of Directors meeting initially set for October 29, 2024. The meeting is now rescheduled to November 4, 2024, to accommodate discussions surrounding the company's annual accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. This meeting will take place in Lahore and will also be accessible via video link.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also confirmed an extension of the "Closed Period" until November 4, 2024, as per Regulation 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. During this time, no directors, CEOs, or executives of LSE Capital are permitted to engage in any transactions involving the company's shares, either directly or indirectly.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has been notified of these changes, and TRE Certificate Holders are advised to update their records accordingly.
