The company has instituted a "Closed Period" from December 4 to December 10, 2024, during which time no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade company shares.

The meeting may result in price-sensitive information, which will be communicated in accordance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.
