Karachi, Bolan Castings Limited is set to convene its 41st Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place at the company's Registered Office in Balochistan on October 28, 2023.

The meeting will address several key matters, including the confirmation of the previous year's meeting minutes, the approval of audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2023, and the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

Additionally, shareholders will participate in the election of seven Directors for a three-year term, with several incumbents seeking re-election. Note that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from October 19, 2023, to October 28, 2023.
