Hub: Bolan Castings Limited has announced that it will convene its 44th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1200 hours and will take place at the registered office of the company located on the Main RCD Highway in Hub Chowki, District Lasbela, Balochistan, Pakistan. In addition to the in-person gathering, a video conferencing facility will also be available for participants.
The meeting’s agenda includes a series of ordinary business items. These include the confirmation of the minutes from the 43rd Annual General Meeting held on October 22, 2025. Additionally, the company will present its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, along with the Chairman's review, Directors' report, and Auditors' report for consideration and approval.
Shareholders will also be tasked with appointing auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and determining their remuneration. Another key item on the agenda is the election of seven Directors for a three-year term. The current Directors, Mr. Sikandar Mustafa Khan, Mr. Sohail Bashir Rana, Mr. Laeeq Uddin Ansari, Mr. Syed Muhammad Irfan Aqueel, Mr. Aamir Amin, Mr. Syed Javed Ashraf, and Mrs. Tabassum Rana, are retiring, and new appointments will be made.
In the realm of special business, the meeting will seek to ratify and approve transactions carried out in the normal course of business with a Group company for the year ended June 30, 2026. This will involve passing a special resolution as disclosed in note 37 to the financial statements.
Moreover, the meeting will authorize the Chief Executive of Bolan Castings Limited to approve ongoing transactions with Group companies during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. This authorization will be subject to final approval and ratification by the shareholders in the subsequent Annual General Meeting.
