Karachi, B.R.R. Guardian Modaraba has successfully transmitted the Annual Report of BRR Guardian Limited for the year ended June 30, 2022, through PUCARS. The information has been made available to all participants for their reference.

Moreover, the company has complied with the listing requirements and merger regulations by amalgamating BRR Guardian Modaraba with and into BRR Guardian Limited under sections 279 to 283 of the Companies Act, 2017 (read with Section 505 of the Companies Act, 2017).

Following the merger, the surviving entity, BRR Guardian Limited, has furnished the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2022, along with the unaudited quarterly financial statement for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.
