Karachi: Burj Investment Management (Private) Limited announced on November 7, 2025, the successful electronic crediting of a final cash dividend to its certificate holders. The dividend, calculated at Rs. 0.39 per certificate or 3.9% for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, was disbursed into the designated bank accounts of eligible certificate holders on November 5, 2025.
The company specified that this dividend was credited only to those certificate holders who had provided their e-mandate details along with a valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN). In compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, dividend payments are being withheld in a separate account for those who have not submitted the required IBAN or a valid copy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all necessary notifications regarding the dividend credit were published in the Business Recorder (English) and Dunya (Urdu) newspapers, ensuring certificate holders were informed of the disbursement process.
