Karachi: Buxly Paints Ltd. has announced a board meeting set on October 29, 2024, at Karachi. The meeting will be conducted via video link/Zoom, focusing on the review and approval of the un-audited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The board will also discuss any entitlement declarations.

During the meeting, directors and executives of Buxly Paints will adhere to the closed period mandated from October 23 to October 29, 2024, as part of compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), no director, CEO, or executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares during this period. This is a routine practice to prevent any insider trading around the publication of financial results.

The management has also instructed TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange Authority to be apprised of this closed period, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met in accordance with the listed company's protocols.
