Karachi: The Central Depository Company (CDC) Share Registrar Services Limited announced on Monday that share certificates previously reported lost have been recovered. The certificates pertain to Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, a notable entity within the transportation sector.
According to the report dated August 21, 2026, the recovered share certificates, previously thought to be lost, have resurfaced and are now back in the possession of the shareholders. This development allows the said certificates to be reinstated in market dealings, as confirmed by CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.
The CDC has requested that this information be circulated among the members of the exchange to ensure transparency and facilitate the inclusion of these shares in ongoing transactions. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the recovery of such certificates is crucial for the shareholders involved, ensuring their investments are once again recognized within the marketplace.
