Century Paper & Board Mills Limited Reports Loss for Fiscal Year 2026 Amid Increased Expenses

Karachi: Century Paper & Board Mills Limited announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, indicating a challenging year marked by a net loss. The company’s Board of Directors approved the audited financial statements in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, at their registered office in Karachi.

For the fiscal year 2026, the company reported a net turnover of 38.70 billion rupees, reflecting a modest increase from 37.28 billion rupees in the previous year. However, the cost of sales rose to 36.15 billion rupees from 34.62 billion rupees, impacting the gross profit, which declined to 2.55 billion rupees compared to 2.66 billion rupees in the prior year.

General and administrative expenses saw a rise to 1.12 billion rupees from 1.05 billion rupees, while selling and distribution expenses decreased to 293.93 million rupees from 320.61 million rupees.
