Karachi: Hafiz Avais Ghani, the CEO and Executive Director of Ghani Dairies Limited, has significantly increased his stake in the company through a series of recent transactions. According to a report dated September 24, 2026, Mr. Ghani undertook multiple purchases under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.5.4, which requires disclosure of interest by relevant persons holding company shares.
The transactions, executed on September 10 and September 11, 2026, involved the acquisition of a total of 24,029 shares. On September 10, Mr. Ghani acquired 2,029 shares at an average rate of approximately PKR 16.87 per share across three separate transactions. The initial purchase of 2,029 shares was followed by further acquisitions of 1,290 and 8,710 shares, progressively building his cumulative shareholding to 121,955,713 shares, representing 28.41% of the company's total shares.
The following day, on September 11, Mr. Ghani expanded his holdings further by acquiring an additional 10,000 shares at a rate of PKR 16.88 per share. This latest transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 121,965,713 shares, pushing his overall stake to 28.42%.
