Faisalabad: Chenab Limited has announced plans to convene a Board of Directors meeting on September 9, 2026, at its registered office in Nishatabad, Faisalabad. The meeting, scheduled to commence at noon, will focus on several key agenda items, including the approval of the sale of certain non-core assets.

According to the official report released on September 2, 2026, the primary objective of the meeting is to gain consent from the company's secured creditors for the asset sale.
