Faisalabad: Chenab Limited has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors, scheduled for December 3, 2024, at the company's registered office in Faisalabad. The agenda includes reviewing and adopting various financial statements and confirming the minutes from the previous meeting held on March 21, 2024.

The board will consider the adoption of the First Quarterly (Un-audited) Financial Statements for the period from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, as well as the Half Yearly Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2023, which have been reviewed by the company's auditors. Additionally, the Third Quarterly (Un-Audited) Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2024, will also be reviewed.

The meeting will also address the ratification of board resolutions passed by circulation under clause 78 of the company's Articles of Association since the last meeting. Any other business matters may be transacted with the permission of the Chair.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Chenab Limited has declared a "Closed Period" from November 26, 2024, to December 3, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly, as per Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been informed accordingly.
