Karachi: Cherat Cement Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 27, 2025, to review the financial statements for the period ending on September 30, 2025. The meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at the company’s head office.
In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, the company has declared a closed period from October 20, 2025, to October 27, 2025. During this time frame, directors, the CEO, and executives are restricted from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such measures are routinely observed to ensure transparency and prevent any potential conflicts of interest during sensitive financial disclosures.
Stakeholders and certificate holders of the Exchange have been duly notified, ensuring all parties are informed of the compliance requirements during the designated closed period.
