Karachi: Rizwan Ahmad, the Executive Director of Citi Pharma Limited, has executed a significant transaction involving the sale of company shares, as per the disclosure made under Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. According to the statement dated March 26, 2025, Ahmad sold 240,000 shares of Citi Pharma Limited at a rate of 86.51 per share. This transaction leaves him with a cumulative total of 45,749,934 shares, which constitutes a 20.02% holding in the company. The transaction was conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC) under the ready market form of share certificate.
