Karachi: Clover Pakistan Limited has reported its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, revealing a significant increase in revenue and profit. The Board of Directors convened on October 1, 2026, in Karachi, and made key announcements including a 15% issuance of bonus shares, while opting not to declare any cash dividends or right shares.

The company's financial statements indicate a substantial growth in total assets, which rose to 1.94 billion rupees from 653.63 million rupees in the previous year. Noteworthy changes were observed in the non-current assets, which surged to 1.08 billion rupees from 119.52 million rupees, largely due to an increase in property and equipment valued at 691.64 million rupees compared to 33.58 million rupees last year.
