Lahore: Colony Textile Mills Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2024. The meeting is scheduled to take place on October 28, 2024Lahore.

The agenda for the AGM includes several key items, such as the confirmation of the minutes from the previous year's meeting held on October 27, 2023. Attendees will also review and potentially adopt the annual audited un-consolidated and consolidated financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
