Lahore: Crescent Modaraba Management Company Limited, the manager of First Elite Capital Modaraba, has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on October 27, 2025, at 01:30 P.M. in Lahore. The agenda for the meeting includes the consideration of the Quarterly Accounts for the period ending September 30, 2025.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the company has declared a “Closed Period” starting October 20, 2025, through October 27, 2025. During this time frame, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to engage, either directly or indirectly, in any transactions involving the Modaraba Certificates.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such measures are routinely implemented to ensure transparency and adherence to regulatory standards. The company has also requested the Exchange to notify the certificate holders accordingly.
