The transactions, dated April 28, 2026, were executed by Memoona Tanveer, an executive of Crescent Star Insurance Limited. On April 24, 2026, Tanveer sold 450,806 shares at an average rate of 7.28 per share. This transaction was conducted in the Central Depository Company (CDC) format within the ready market category.

In a subsequent transaction on April 28, 2026, Tanveer sold an additional 249,194 shares at an average rate of 7.13 per share. Like the previous sale, this transaction also utilized the CDC format and took place within the ready market category.
